Persoonlijke eigenschappen: I have immediate availability to work. I saw the application at a website and automatically was interested in the job.
My most recent work experience was at GDCC (a callcenter) there I gained experience working in a multicultural environment, and how to deal with different types of clients and many projects at the same time and all the stress that involves.
Being the job in Portuguese further enchases my motivation because I feel more capable to perform my duties
I have experience working with customers, I have worked in a advertising company for example where I had to do call customer s, show them our products or solve little issues, help in the meetings as well as e-mails small presentations and questions related to public service and client. So for me working with customer s and all the stress that that sometimes involves is not an issue for me. Also was a manager for 3 years in a store coordinating a small group of 4, had worked with stock, orders, directly with customer s.
As my personal strength, I am friendly and dynamic, like to relate to people and talk, and I can be very calm in stress situations, for example I remember one time because of a delay I had an angry customer, and I kept calm to tell him I could understand his reasons and even he was really really angry I was able to calm him down, and tell him I was going to do my best so I could help him as soon as possible. I guess that was the main reason that made me became a Radiographer, dealing and helping people.
My ambitions related to work are to have a secure job that allows me to be held personally, grow as a professional and achieve a better position in the company, doing something we like give us an incredible psychological well-being. And of course better goals in life so I can be proud of myself. Also financial work makes anyone independent.
As personal characteristics besides calm, I am communicative, persistent, committed, dynamic and flexible.
